Raw oysters are one of my favorite dishes. It doesn't get much better then a cooler full of ice and Alabama oysters ,a glove, a shucking knife and a bottle of hot sauce. The 2nd Annual Oyster Social promises phenomenal food, music and libations.

Check out this short documentary. I enjoyed watching this. It's really cool to see how these farmers work so hard to ensure that we can enjoy the perfect oyster right here in Alabama.
